At a Competition dehydration can become your greatest enemy! I advise to drink at least 1.75 litres of water per day for 2 days prior tot the competition.Avoid tea coffee, cola drinks chocolate and alcohol for 2 days before a comp.Eat salty foods the previous day and upto 1 hour before the competition. During the comp drink low salt sport drinks, avoid cold drinks!
