Plaza Statement - Your Centre....is the secret of balance!
Imagine a vertical centre line running from top of the head to feet, your induvidual centreis in the middle of this line around the waist area.

Feel the pressure from the floor goining up through feet and knees and let it meet in the centre the gravity of the upperbody.

The centre is in some cases higher e.g. the Paso Doble
