Increasing the level of strenght can easily be mis-interpreted. I prefer extratraining in the Gym only when the exercises are tuned by experts for dancers. An excess muscle development reduces mobility and flexibility. Training with weights is O.K when lighter weights with a greater number of repetitions are used.In this way stamina is created instead of muscle bulk.
