In the latin Dances the feet are never parallel, except when they are closed.This foot-turn is always outwards!Because of this foot turn-out the amount of turn made by the feet and body is often not identical In the backward walks of the Rumba and Cha Cha the foot carrying the weight must be turned out 1/16th toensure a natural balance
