Contra Body Movement (CBM) is discussed, written down in well known Dance Magazines and lectured on many famous dance congresses. Consider that the secret of quality CBM is hidden in the Non rotating side of your body.Men, for example when dancing CBM in the Natural Turn of the Waltz, the Left side of your body is the rotating side. But what about the behaviour of the Non rotating side, in this case your right side?Answer: never rotate your right side backwards while swinging the active rotating left side forwards.
