To prepare yourself for a top championship I recommend to focus and concentrateyour mind on the Controllable aspects of your dancing. If you set your mind to much on uncontrollable factors than your body will stress up without recognising it yourselves Thinks you can NOT control are: winning the competition, the judges, the other couples, the music the condition of the floor, the skating system etc.etc. Thinks you can control are: your own body, your dynamics, your role in partneringlead-follow-take-give, your mind set, the right level of readiness-awareness, your position on the floor, your strongest capability of your body, the mental guidelines given by your Coach!
