The Viennese Waltz is a progressive rotating dance with the accent on the first beat. Considerwhen Waltzing around a Competition floor one, you or your partner is dancing an inner turn. The flow and progression on the inner turn determine the flow and progression from the outside turn.To much progression on the innerturns disturbs the balance from your partner dancing the out-site turn.
