If you set your mind to much on uncontrollable factors than your body will stress up without recognising it yourselves Thinks you can NOT control are: winning the competition, the judges, the other couples, the music the condition of the floor, the skating system etc.etc. Thinks you can control are: your own body, your dynamics, your role in partneringlead-follow-take-give, your mind set, the right level of readiness-awareness, your position on the floor, your strongest capability of your body, the mental guidelines given by your Coach!
