- Paso Doble..... Think and shape Spanish!
Inspired by a Paso Doble workshop last weekend I noticed that the characteristics of this dance can be improved when both dancers shape their arms in relation to their body centre in a triangle shape! Also when raising your arms upwards start to lift the elbow's first instead of lifting the hands first!That will result in a more Spanish behaviour of your body instead of moving only your hands upwards.
