Flow and rise and fall are important ingredients for your choreography. To differentiate your dancing from the other competitors it is essential to accelerate and decelerate parts of your choreography. Often I see that the couples are synchronising their choreography work without any fantasy and creativity to the strictly played (slow) music! Competitors play with the above speed aspects and your dancing will be more exiting to watch........
